I just saw "The Freezer." I used to work with a guy who grew up in Cassiar where it "snowed" asbestos all year long. The town is gone from current maps so you'll need an older map to find it. The former Cassiarians hold reunions every few year. There's even a web site.
If you have a problem & think that someone else is going to solve it for you then you have two problems.
