I just got back from an aerobics class at the gym. It was promoted as a ski and sports class so I went there thinking I was in for some agility and strength training. When I walk into the room it was full of house wives and one other guy there with his wife. I thought for sure I must have been in the wrong place so I went over to the instructor and verified I was in the right place which I was. So after thinking about it some I decided to stick it out and just see what it is all about. I totally got my ass kicked, I was in much better shape than all of the house wives in the class but you get out what you put in and I left the gym way more tired than I am from my usual work out. I think I'll be going again next class. It will be interesting to see how my skiing is affected.
