SD Card Write Speed for my Camera

I just bought a Panasonic FZ-10 camera and need to get a larger memory card for it. The camera is 4MP and shoots at 4fps for 7 frames. I was contemplating two memory cards, one wrote at 1.5mbps the other at 7.5mbps. Is the faster one needed?

I lean more toward Sony and Canon so I don' t know much about Panasonic, but I did manage to dig this up. This site has almost everything you could ever want to know about digital cameras and the forums make it that much better.
