They're getting S900's...but do I put the 10mm driver lifters on them too or just the binders? Yes I searched here and there, but no results.
I'm leaning towards lifters out of habit, but other opinions would be nice.

Idon't think you need to, just because the PRs are so wide you dont need the clearance from a lifter.

I was kind of going through the same debate with my beasts which have about the same dimentions. I decided I wanted them so it'd be easier to roll them over.
for powder skis, park skis, and mogul, skis never use lifters they are pointless. You don't need the extra leverage or clearence being closer to the ski is more stable anyways for landing airs and what not.

193 No Ka Oi: used mainly for crud busting and hardpack days = 10 mm lift.

another agreement with what has been said. Sa for bumps, its less knee roll you need to absorb and stay in the front seat, ie, the skis are faster edge to edge. Just FYI

Lifters good on fat skis. WAAAAAY too hard to roll fat suckers over when you get on the inevitable hard surface (cat track, wind slab, bottom groomers). I has nothing to do with clearance but everything to do with lining you up with the pivot point of the ski. I'm 35mm from the ski to boot sole on my Atomic heli fat boys, before I did that they were miserable on anything that even smelled firm. You can roll them edge to edge easier but you can also be more subtle with the edge. I believe the ski will be more stable if you're close to where it pivots.
It's not so much the model year, it's the high mileage or meterage to keep the youth of Canada happy
Gotta agree with what's already been said.
I mounted mine lat year with the driver lifters, and they weren't bad, liked the way the skied, but this year after returning a bent pair I mounted them flat, and seem to like them so far, the PR's are fat enough to not have to worry about booting out, and are a little easier riding fakie when they are lower, IMHO.
Skiing, where my mind is even if my body isn't.
