    SCHWEEET !! But in the picture the Naxos it looks like the main bar is made of metal, or is it me, Cause I thought that the Naxos were mostly plastic.

    Why, you do your layout (easy), tape the jig on, centerpunch, remove jig, and drill. What's the problem?

    I did spend about 3 hours. It probably should take half that. With a real jig, 30 minutes or less.
