    Looking for stiff Flexon tongues

I skied my Flexons for the first time today. They fit like a dream but the forward flex is a bit too soft. I've got the dual density tongues and am looking for the race/stiff tongues. And yes I know it's difficult impossible. If it helps I'm going to Switzerland in Jan, might be easier to get ahold of over there? My boots are size 28.5 MO. Anyone know where to find these in the states? I'm guessing Roces doesn't stock them. On the inside of the tongue is stamped:

    flexon comp
    9-10.5
    large

    Cheers

Good luck. I searched for the elusive race tongues here and in europe with no luck. When I asked about them at the ispo show in munich, the reps referred me to roces, who were no help. Is this the first flexon you've ridden? It does take some time to get used to the soft forward flex, especially if you skied a race boot before. You want to have a really balanced stance, don't overdo the forward pressure when turning, a little pressure goes a long way with flexons. They felt way too soft to me too at first, but now I love em.
That said, if you find a source for the elusive race tongue, let us know! I'm a size 28 too!

Yeah this is my first time on Flexons. The Langes I had before were a bit mushy (old x8s and a pair of beat to hell x9s) and these are equally mushy; except that the flex is smooth and predictable. They also just fit unbelievably well; it's like their made for my feet. I'll keep skiing them anyways, but would be way more comfortable with some firmer support up front. I'm just apprehensive about what's going to happen when I hit some ice on my fat skis, it won't be pretty

I called the swiss sports haus. He says that the race tongues (i.e. stiffer than the dual density two color ones) are not available in nort america. Apparently the Japanese market bought them all. (wtf?) He suggested calling places in europe. Apparently this place has been inundated with calls from americans looking for stiff tongues
