    Tangerine Dream fiasco at WWU

After waiting a long time, last Thursday was showtime. I sent my son and his friend early to get good seats and my ticket. TGR website said doors open at 7, show at 8pm. I got off work and showed up at 8, with about 25 minutes left, WTF? I ended up in the back row without a telescope. At least the kids got there in time to see the whole movie. Turns out every media outlet had a different time listed! I was pissed and decided to get my money back so went to the organizer from the Outdoor Center. He said he had tried to straighten out the advertised times but that didn't really work out. He said I couldn't get my money back because of the bureaucratic chain of command. So he ended up loaning me the video so I could watch it at home (on my 14" computer monitor instead of the big screen). He'll meet me at the bus I drive through campus on Monday to pick it up. Well, he tried to fix a bad situation as best he could. I give him credit for that, especially since he doesn't know me at all. Oh well, now there is real skiing to be had, yahoo!!
In drove this drunken madman and stopped on a dime! Unfortunately the dime was in Mr. Rococo's pocket!

Everything is a fiasco at WWU, including their materials engineering program.

What a pain in the ass, though.

They gave Grant Gunderson a degree. That's scary enough.

They dont have a materials enginering program. So maybe thats the fiasco. However they do have one of the top Plastics programs in the world.
