Talking Check out me new sticks

Ain't they precious? Look at those super leg snappers I put on them courtesy of teamdirt as well. They're so crazy they don't even have a din indicator. Can't wait to pop the cherry on these suckers.

I think you could make a din indicator, it shouldn't be too hard I wouldn't think. I have those same bindings I'll look at my indicator and get back to you on how it's set up...very nice bindings I love mine....how did he get the brakes so wide?

Or perhaps they were stored properly and the springs were backed off at the end of the season and the din indicator is at its lowest possible setting and hidden below the scale?

The little thingie inside was actually loose and hidden inside on the one toe piece. I cranked the other one all the way in, then counted the turns I let it off and repeated with the other. Good a job as I can get I guess with the little broken plastic piece surronding the spring. I'm assuming the spring/binding itself is going to work fine.

I thought I mounted them too far forward as well. They look like it's dead center but when I put them against my other skis, the actual running lenghts front and back are proportional. That extra length on the tails does a little visual illusion.

BradCU - regular brakes, you just stretch them and make it work.

I'm debating on those, or Big stix 106's for an AT setup. I'm thinking the Big Stix cause they're lighter, anyone else have any opinions?

I've got freerides on my Big Stix and love 'em. Not the lightest set-up out there, but lot's of fun on the descent.
