Hope that the Fisher goes well for you. I hear there kind of budget however, EBB creaks and what not. Good luck with it. Later.

The Rig looks killer... Were you able to buy it local and riding it now or are you waiting for it to arrive? At any rate, it should be a great riding SS (even if hunchback says it's budget)
Congrats!
Right on brah! The hunchbacks obviously a jong...i'm sure he'll come around.Originally Posted by Frozone
I was actually fortunate enought to find a shop local that had both a L and an XL frame, so i was able to ride both and make a true determination of the size i need. Yep have been riding it! I ride another Fisher but it's a different size...oddly enough. Apparently these 29ers are pretty hard to come by...i wasn't aware it was that tough. There seem to be some around here but they are all 17" way to small for me.
I picked it up monday and it's back at the shop till later this afternoon to have the EBB repacked/greased etc. Apparently direct form the fact, fisher doesn't do the best job greasing etc. Seems to have happened many times from what i can determine from those i've polled or spoken with. It definitely is set up nice: brakes, shock etc.
So...What that jealous bell ringer mentioned above is partially true.
Congrats on the goods. My knees weep at the thought of a SS.
Charlie, here comes the deuce. And when you speak of me, speak well.
DING DING! At least your bell works. or could you hear it over all the creaking. So lets see, you now own 2 Fishers? What next a subaru so you can be a real team player?So...What that jealous bell ringer mentioned above is partially true.
Creaks or no, pissing on a brutha's new gear purchase without an invitation is lame, lame, lame... Weigh in with relevant concerns before a purchase, not after.Originally Posted by quasimoto
BTW, i was riding the ol SISS today at lunch, I think I finally got all of its creaks synchronized with my climbing cadence...
yeah frozone! Werd!
Well after reading the stuff quazi-jongness wrote, I was heading to pick up the rig and decided to return it, i had the reciept and all but the store told me to take a hike, I told him what was said...that it was budget and all but they just laughed, they laughed at me....man why do i have such a shitty bike, how could i have made such a bad call on the purchase...boo hoo. Anyone want to buy a 3 day old Rig?
