Hey, it's north of the Tap and lots of folks just don't go that far north. Ever. I invited my friends elderly parents to stay with me in an Air BNB last year in Sleepy Hollow while I was on a project. I figured it would be a good two or three days during the fall, ya know, foliage, pumpkin pie, enjoy the scenery, a few nice meals out in town. They declared that was way too far north and there was basically nothing there. I think the farthest point north they have ever been is E 161th St.
