TGR Premiere in NYC

Just wondering who I should contact if I want to take some clients to the premiere at the Avalon in November. I don't have definite numbers of people but the last time the Weather Channel did something like this it was helpful for us to show our clients that people who watch our network aren't little old ladies in Florida. I was also able to provide some freebies for giveaways at the event. Since I'm trying to get Polaris to advertise on our network, I thought this might be a good event to take them to get an idea of how skiers and snowmobilers are passionate about the weather.
