It's obvious now, but this is a classic ebay scam. Post the bike for cheap, get some guys hooked, then pull the auction and deal with the guys out of ebay's protection.
The escrow service they're dying for you to use is just a buddy in the next room.
You send your money to "escrow" thinking you're being all safe-- you're not under ebay's buyer protection anymore!-- and you never see your cash again.It's idomatic, beatch.
