    hello currently active users..

    and anyone else i just wanted to say hi and that i really miss spending time here. ........i,ve been very busy for 5 weeks with work (harvest season here on the farm) , and my pc has been kaput for over six months, so i only get online when i have time to go to my local library... anyway,, here's hoping we will all have an oustanding season coming up !!

    I remember those days, endless hours in the combine or at the elevator this time of year. this is the second year of my life I haven't put at least 6 months in on the farm..... don't know if thats good or bad..... If someone told me a could have a farm out here, bust my ass three times harder than I do now, and still get to ski 100 days I year, I would give up everything for it. funny growing up I hated the farm, as I got older I realized it was the best thing in my life.

    That is sweet.

    There's not a d@mn thing wrong with hard work.

    Maybe something reasonable could still be had north of Silverthorne. I think on it pretty regularly.

    I spent most of a year on a hay farm in Washington state back in college days. Just south of Trail, BC. Incredible experience for a girl from the gulf coast.
