Seems like working for safer lifts is a good (and important) diversion from even scarier shit.
Even though we haven't met, my thoughts are with you. After treatment, going from a patient to a survivor is a long and mysterious transition. Keep busy and it happens while you are occupied doing other things. Good luck.
