Soli Demo's

Is the mounting patter for these different on both the toe and heal than the "normal" Soli pattern?

I'm guessing it is, but would like a bit of clarrification. Figuring Mtn Lion has answered this a million times.

Assuming Spheric (912-style toes):

Both the toe and heel patterns are different; four holes toe (at spaced further apart longitudinally than the retail hole pattern), 6 holes heel.

Newer demos have a retail-style toe which mounts in the standard 4-hole pattern to a sliding base plate. Heel mechanism is the same, but with a different track.

Fortunately, the holes are different enough not to cause interference problems for mounting retail Salomon bindings, if that's what you're going to do.
