    Weight cuff for ACL-survivor?

Is it useful? I've noticed, that since surgery my right (healthy) leg became stronger then it was before, because it had to carry more weight to unload the operated one. Of course I'm working now on giving the operated leg some extra-load, but how do you think - will the permanent weight cuff wearing help to strengthen my operated musales?
oh shit here comes the ground!

no. Just work more 1 legged exercises in the gym. Single leg squats, single leg hamstrings, lunges, step ups, balancing on an unstable surface (pillow, soft foam mats, BOSU ball ......)
fighting gravity on a daily basis

What worked for me was tearing the achilles tendon on my right (healthy) leg.
