    Digital Camera Hardcase?

I am getting a compact digital (Canon SD450) to ski with, and I was wondering what people have found as far as hardcases go to protect your investment. Best I've found so far is this: http://www.gethightech.com/Merchant2...egory_Code=DMC It's made for a very similar sized camera as mine, and looks solid, but if anyone has a better idea, serve it up.

I have the Canon SD300 and used this case last year.

Since the camera is so thin I had to put in a piece of foam but it has worked out very well. The only real problem I had with it is the plastic/rubber around the opening comes off really easily so I just took it off so I dont have to deal with it.

Hmm...that's cheaper and made for a Canon, looks like that might be the one.

you should consider getting the SD 550 instead...about $400 street price and worth it for the 2 extra megapixels (only about $50 more than the SD450 at most places)

    check Amazon

Nah, if you're not making large prints 2 megapixels is not worth the extra money to me. It's actually $80 more, I got the SD450 for $314.
