    Dear Cancer,

Leave Plakespear the fuck alone already! He's going to kick your ass no matter what so you might as well stop trying.

    Thanks!

I was really hoping that this thread had been bumped from three years ago...when I saw the date on it my heart sank.

While i sincerely hope, and pray, that the 'spot' is nothing to be worried about, I know that you can kick cancers ass once more if you need to. Stay strong man.
I went out there in search of experience. To taste, and to touch, and to feel as much as a man can, before he repents.

The cat scan revealed a mysterious spot on my right lung. They are not 100 % sure of what it is, but given my history, there is a chance that it might be melanoma on my lung.

Yeah, on my lung. Which means that they would have to open up my chest to remove it. Today I had an MRI to make sure nothing is in my brain, as well as a PET scan to find out if it is melanoma on my lung or something else. I'll be meeting a with surgeon on Tuesday, and depending on the results of the tests, we'll find out what happens next.

So obviously, I'm really, really scared right now. Lung surgerey isn't exactly a minor procedure. But there is also a possibility that it isn't melanoma, which is what I'm hoping for.

Sorry to get all diary on you guys, but you sure as hell helped me get through this shit the last time around. I'll be in chat for awhile, but might take a break during South Park. It's been a heavy couple of days, to say the least.
++++ vibes and prayers with you Plakes.

    Plake,

You kicked buttcheeks ass once and there's absolutely no peachy reason why you shouldn't kick the pert thing's ass again.
