Looks like at least one more weekend of sunny and warm. I'm thinking South Lake (Toads, Xmas Valley) but can be convinced otherwise. Bay carpools encouraged. Who's in?
i would love to hit some SLT trails... but i got a bunch of stupid house projects to do which i've been neglecting all summer. (Stain the decks, seal the driveway, stack wood, etc. etc.)
of course if we get some freak of nature snow storm, all the projects go out the window and BC is open for playing!!!!!
yup trail are good right now. xmas valley was money on monday. talked to a couple trail workers, said it was gonna be a 'complete reroute using none of the present trail, and expect the grade to be such that you can pedal up it. whereever there are steeps you will see alot of switchbacks'
Oh well, we have til mid next summer to ride the present trail.
I am outta town as of saturday morning.
enjoy..
May be up for something Saturday. Got a buddy who keeps talking about wanting to do a Watson Lake, TRT, Missing Link, WS ride. Will know more in couple days.

Maybe, but I'm so out of shape that it would suck.

I would really like to, but the old knee is not happy right now. I can't walk so hot, let alone ride a bike.
It's heartbreaking to see a chick who's too anorexic.
Never mind. Doc says no.Originally Posted by Telenater
