How many beers should you drink the night before a race? Say 30 miles of single track. I think i have lost track of the number I am at right now.

If you are serious, none. I have drank quite a few before races on the east coast. But at higher altitude would keep it to a minimum. I would say it also depends on your age. It is your call.

Yeah, it was amstel light, and 12 was definately two many, pissed out all of my electrolytes, I wasnt going to go to the race but i woke up at 6 am and i was like fuck it....glad i did and my nut is feeling better.
