They've treated me well too. Two year old pants with blown side zips replaced with no questions asked (keep those receipts!).

so yeah 189 vicious is on back order till feb. as well as the public enemy. the only other ski i'm interested in is the maden ak in the 89.
kinda bummed the vicious is out of stock... tho this is why i'm pissed that it took my ex shop a whole F-ing month to ship my skis out to K2 (and in reality i had to ship the skis myself to get it done.... and there is way more rant about this, just don't want to bag on them as they did end up getting me two pairs of new skis out of the deal).
