    glove sizing

    the hestra mitts on steep and cheap are sized from 6-10. does that mean these are womens mitts? or is this some euro thing Im not aware of? Im assuming a 10 is xl. any help would be great.

    yeah, i'm getting them too...

    wrap a piece of string around your knuckles while your hand is flat. measure the circumfernce in inches and you have your glove size.

    xs = 6
    xxl = 10

    ...at least for other glove manufacturers that's the case.

    This is for a motorcycle glove but the general idea is the same. I ordered the mitts too...Hestra's supposedly rock and mine weren't cutting it for warmth anymore.

    According to Race-Werks who sells other Hestras 10=XL, 9=L, 8=M and so on. Obviously measuring your hand works too if you want to be precise... I picked up a few pairs yesterday, pretty good deal.
