[QUOTE=Max Gosey]I'll be teaching my lady to ski... Pray I can avoid mental conflict somehow).
    QUOTE]
If you want to keep her your lady, DO NOT teach her how to ski. That's what instructors and lessons are for. Instructor goes and happily skis greens with her all day, you get to go have fun with da boys. Meet at bar for beverages then mad post hot tub sex. Once she's up to cruising blue runs with some confidence, THEN you can go ski with her. I have seen many a girlfriend in tears on the slopes SCREAMING, "I AM wedging god damnit" at soon-to-be-ex-boyfriends.

    It was a tad crowded.

Got that picture home and spotted a familiar face. Had a random lift ride with Mir and bumped into phish and Z in the parking lot.

    I love the first day.
First run feels like you've forgotten everything you ever learned.
Second run things suddenly click again...
but, your legs are burning so bad you're pretty sure you don't have more than one more run in you.
Third run, you've forgotten about your legs and you're just bombing.
Runs 4 plus are just plain kiddy-style fun.

Ah, it was good to see the Loveland peeps again. Skied ALL day long on some swank armadas.

Back on Sunday. They got a little park open and it's time to hit the boxes. Brett will come.

The crowds yesterday were kinda big, so I'm guessing today will be a zoo. Next weekend should be ok with A Basin taking some of the load.

I don't want to buy them, but it was such a joy to ride on some factory tunes. I was the first person ever on those skis. Mantras next. I'm thinking of demo'ing for a month or so just for fun.
