what about the gaperiffic crowd on the single run? The line I can stand if I have to but sharing that run with everyone from total beginners to those playing the drunk gaper slalom is the suck. It's like skiing in the East...

Once they have three runs open it seems a little better.

I'm still trying to make it happen - maybe see ya there.

I rather enjoy it but that's just me. Just hug the tree line if you want to stay away from everyone. It's definetly not as bad as Abasin. If you don't like gapers then you should definitely not go.

    Bring on the cuntage.

I'd go but I'm afraid that people will talk shit about me, wonder what "posse" I roll with, accuse me of being some allias or generally make me feel uncomfortable so I'll probably just go duck hunting or play golf.

Too funny. People are calling out others for skiing the WRD? What about all those summer "trip reports" where guys were skiing 200 vert strips of dirty snow? Was that better because they hiked 20 minutes for it? Come on now... everyone needs to loosen up a little bit. Snow is snow... and even if there are some beginners on the run, skiing is skiing. There isn't anything much better than skiing in 50 degree weather at Loveland in the middle of October.

Skiing 36" of pow at A basin in -5* weather is better.

Your arrogant and elitist attitude always makes me proud that I don't live in the city with *you*. Take it somewhere else.

    Seriously. Agreed.

That's totally fine if you guys don't want to ski one run with a bunch of gapers. None of us have a problem with that. We just don't need to hear how you are too sick/gnar for the stupid ribbon.

I can't think of a better way to spend a friday right now, drinking beer and making some turns, but that's just me.
