Hows it going everybody.

Well, I just bought a pair of Pocket Rockets off of Meatdrink literally 15min ago. We talked for a little bit about the board (Powdermag) and I commented that ever since they switched to their current format my username disappeared and whenever I try to re-register it wont let me. He mentioned how everybody from the golden days (3 years ago) of the Powder board had headed over here to Teton. He told me to give it a shot, and tell them that Meat sent ya. Well, I gave it a shot, and it worked. I finally get to talk about skiing again. And after a quick glance at some of the names on here, I realize that this is what Powdermag was in the beginning.

Alot has changed since then. I kept the Pow Master moniker, even though I have never been or am, a master in the powder. I went from a little 5' 100lb 8th grader south of chicago with dreams f moving out west, to a 6'3" 155lb Freshman who goes to school at CU Boulder. My how life has changed in those 4 years. But all you originals still remain. I went from renting skis everywhere I went to now having a true quiver (more than I need). I tell ya, you guys out here in the west have had it made. Now only if we could get some goddamn snow. Well, that about covers it. I dont want to put you guys to sleep.

Other than a light 10" sratch, they seem to be in good shape. Only time will tell. He isnt a big guy, I'll come after him if they gernade themselves

You've got to meet a bunch of the other CU kids. If you like road trips funkendrenchman is the man and Robokill kills it. BradyCU and Powderfarmer are drunk vandals.

Where are you skiing this season? There are plenty of mags in here that ski just about every hill here in CO.

The skis are in good shape. I only logged 13 days on them.

It's hard to be a "pow master" in Illinios, that's for sure. C.U. was definately a good choice. Going to school in the middle of a cornfield should never be an option.

I've got the 5 Mountain pass. And like I told you, I'm hoping to hit Silverton at least once, and Berthoud once the snowpack allows it.

Cool. I've got the 5-mountain as well. I've also got a seasons at Loveland. A bunch of mags are heading down to Silverton over Presidents day weekend. And if you want a really crazy time the Tahoe summit in march will be off the hook.

Hey pow master, we should hook up and go hit it sometime. I 've go the five mountain pass too. Got finals this week as I'm sure you do too, but I'm going up next fri and sat. Meetdrink, I didn't know you had a 5mtn....since it's not snowing here we should go hit up brek's or key's park, I herd they opened all of gold king at brek and that it's better this year and I know freeway will be open at brek soon since the vans triple crown is coming up in a couple days. You've moved to the best collection of parks in th country...Key...Brek...Vail...Aspen...Buttermilk.. Copper.... there is always plenty to do when there is no snow. I'll be gettin my iggy's in early Jan. so we need to go to your house again and make a sacrifice to the snow gods again!

I'm all for hitting the parks. I'm done with skiing groomers or stumps. UNtil we get more snow I think park might be the best place to hang. I'm skiing with the mrs at Vail on Saturday, but Sunday I could be up for some park. Breck?

I work at the bike shop every sunday damn that sucks. The only times I'll be able to ski before Christmas are a week from Fri and sat. Dec. 19/20 Then I'm off to wisconson (family) and then to beaver creek (Jan 2-3) then to jackson hole (jan 5-9) then to vail (Jan 10-11)...hopefully by the time I'll get back CO will be choked in snow and we won't have to worry about the park.

I'd be down for anything long as I dont have classes. This semester sucked, but I have a great schedule next semester.

Monday and Wednesday - first class at 5:30pm (ski days)
Tuesday and Thursday - class all day from Noon-4pm
Friday - No classes (ski day)

So any time you want to go out on M/W/F/Sat/Sun I'll tag along.

I'm not a park guy in the smallest sense. I'm probably the biggest pussy out there when it comes to attempting a trick in the park. But I'd still go. Peer pressure works wonders on me

another 5 mtn pass holder here as well. I'm not a park person either. In westminster, flex schedule, go when it snows. You bought those PR's off of MD9? Man he was smacking them all around his basement at the party. Lukily they didnt get jamned in the ceiling once. There is a pic of him launching them in alta earlier this year. If you dont do tricks at least your skis DID.
