REport:
We have received 58" of new snow over the last three days and it is still snowing, the Ski Patrol is hard at work doing avalanche control today and is working hard to get the upper mountain open for skiing and riding hopefully in the next 3-5 days.
Yep all work they are shooting guns and skiing tough work
oh god I can't wait I'm gonna camp at the tram saturday night I think: public enemies need to be christened the right freaking way

Dude, you are going to be having a ROUGH day up in that slop. I got stuck MANY times yesterday - on my 89 Pistols.
Damn it. I want to post a link to my other post on yesterday's Aly conditions, we'll revert to manual. Go to "Dude, where's my car?", and that'll give you the Aly lowdown.
But . . . .
You may have a lot more fun on those PE's than I'm saying, because up at the top of chair four, the snow was MUCH lighter and fluffier, even though it was still the heaviest stuff I've ever set ski into.
Well, in less than 12 hours, I retrogress to my homeland of Western Massachusetts, looks like park for me, eh, oh well. I expect complete updates and pictures!!!

ski patrolling is not fun when it snows that much.
