Time to give the prostate a rest![]()
I biked a fuck load this summer and skied more then ever last year. I feel like a dick waving ass saying it but I’m in the best shape I’ve been in for the last 12 years. Anyway my degenerate job gives me much free time and I’m addicted to getting stronger. Anyway, any one have the link that has been posted before about ski specific training ( it had pitchers and stuff, mostly pushups and sit-ups, non weight training stuff). I don’t know what type of training that is called. Also a bunch of polymeric and balance, inner core hippy jumbo. Basically strength, coordination and flexibility routines all planed out in one article with compressive diagrams that don’t require a gym membership
