Nice pedalling. That's fun to watch.

Have you ever put a cam at your feet? I'd love to watch the out-of-car video alongside someone's double-clutching.
    It's idomatic, beatch.

That dude on the bike piled up right in front of you.
Did you ever catch & pass the white car that passed you?

My guess is "that white car" was the Ring Taxi-- which are nicely prepped M5's with somewhere around 500bhp and a professional driver.
    It's idomatic, beatch.

I'm not really a car guy, but that was fun to watch.

Sick and ashamed and happy (and maybe it was just recognizing the fool in the rear-view mirror that made it interesting),

    Unhappy

I thought it was a little spooky that he kept stealing glances at me, frankly.

One man's spooky is another man's dreamy.

Sick and ashamed and happy (and feeling special),

Yep, that's Sabine Schmitz driving the RingTaxi. She's got a 207bhp power advantage on me, but the Nissan is a bit nimbler through the twisty bits. I stay with her for the whole lap but I have to really pedal hard and she does a bit of showboating on the slower corners.

There was an oil warning on the entrance to the Schwedenkreuz corner and I don't think that biker was really paying too much attention.

There are some pants for you in another thread around here.

edit: I'm serious about the foot-cam. Are there videos like that around somewhere?

I don't do leather. It's against my principals.

Sick and ashamed and happy (and my school adhered to a very strict "no leather" dress code),

I had a video with a guy doing a Nurburgring lap in a Skyline. There's a main window and two small windows, one showing the pedal box and the other the instrument cluster. It's pretty cool to watch but I'm not sure if it's available online.
