FWIW, my first post was made through the app and the second on a desktop. That is the difference, I believe.

Tapatalk seems to post without issue...except you have to use that dumb app and deal with its ads and begging you to become a premium subscriber. Alas, I reinstalled it after 10+ years of not using it just to be able to more easily post some pics here.Mobile site seems to work a little better than desktop site for most things right now.

Nah, I think it’s which reply box you use and if it has a WYSIWYG editor or not. If it’s a plain input field with no WYSIWYG editor formatting toolbar then it’ll generally post just fine. Gotta use BBcode for formatting though.

Also I post from an iPhone using the mobile site, and from a desktop. Both are fine. I just don’t use Tapatalk or the TGR app because I think they’re garbage.

I got a reply from Todd a week ago, but didn&#39;t see it, it was in response to my last email.

Are they working any better now? We fixed the server issue and it seems like it is loading better now. Also, we are literally in the process of fixing them, switching servers was part of the process. Now that that is fixed we should be able to hit other bugs, so let me know what is still super bad. The site is super complicated and super out of date so our new developer is sequencing the moves in a way that they see best. We are still targeting mid July for things to switch over and the team is working hard behind the scenes on this. When we get deeper into the forum work, we will want some feedback. Do you have a few people from our group who have the most technical chops in the space that we should engage? Have a good weekend. Thanks, TJ

tapatalk seems to have no issues with apostrophes but desktop hates em. at least for me

I get fuckered apostrophes when typing on the desktop web access. When I open/edit that fuckered apostrophe post on the app on my phone (don’t even need to retype; just “edit” & save), it fixes the apostrophe problem

Interesting, this seems to be true. So when I try to quote someone it pulls up the box with all the editing buttons and causes all of the extraneous crap, but here, I quoted you (had to double click the quote button to get the right post), copied the whole quoted post, backed out, then went to just the quick reply box which has no buttons, pasted the quoted post and typed my reply and voila! It's a Festivus miracle!
