It's really, really cool to land it and I'm stoked, but I also realize that right now Boulder is highly desirable with exhorbinant housing prices and no place for workers to live just on regional reputation. International attention to the great little town is only going to accelerate that.
Will be interesting.

I think ewg is confusing Boulder with Jackson hole. Boulder a great little town with a population of 100k+. Basically a suburb of Denver. Sundance will be crawling back to Utah just like the outdoor retailers did when they realize Boulder and Denver fucking suck a lot more than Utah politics.
