Last summer I purchased DukePT 16 2023 from corbetts.com and finally came around to install it. To my surprise, I noticed that the box contains different models of brake locking lever (see the pics)

Are they supposed to be different? Why? My older DukesPT12 have same levers as the second picture, does it mean that the first pic represents the newer model? They both are functional and working well (toured on them couple times) but the first one easier to manipulate. Any thoughs on the issue will be helpfull.
