My new boots came with Gripwalk soles, and I have several old bindings still in use that I don't think are going to play friendly with Gripwalk. The boots are Tecnica Mach 1, so as best I can tell, any of the Tecnica alpine DIN soles will fit, so long as the hole pattern matches up - - here's what I'm looking for and a list of the boot compatibility:

I think finding a set of DIN soles is a lot easier than remounting (inserts) a dozen skis.

can’t you just order them from the shop where you got the boots?
sometimes the shops just have em and will swap out for you
