    I would use LinkedIn first, particularly if you're active there. You may have to field PMs about your opening though, so if that's offputting, maybe indeed

    Also, my experience with both platforms is you'll get a million junk responses. Make sure to specify either local residents for in-person, or US-based for remote, that might thin the junk a bit

    then I swing on by the manhole after work for a few stiff ones to relax from a day of hard work

    Well that did and did not work.

    My hire did not show up today.

    Ghosted never called or texted for their first day.

    Back to the drawing board.

    I had 7 applicants.

    I guess I got a can not.

    Seriously a friend just told me he sold his business profitable chill work environment they just got sick of hiring training then having people quit over and over

    I paid for indeed's super duper ad for $200 a day for 3 days. I got 40 people between 4pm and 7am in the first day. 25 good ones and 15 locals that were totally wrong for the job. 3 phone calls set up for 10 am already today.
