Facebook?Grindr?
I would use LinkedIn first, particularly if you're active there. You may have to field PMs about your opening though, so if that's offputting, maybe indeed
PM Rontele
"fuck off you asshat gaper shit for brains fucktard wanker." - Jesus Christ
"She was tossing her bean salad with the vigor of a Drunken Pop princess so I walked out of the corner and said.... "need a hand?"" - Odin
"everybody's got their hooks into you, fuck em....forge on motherfuckers, drag all those bitches across the goal line with you." - (not so) ill-advised strategy
Also, my experience with both platforms is you'll get a million junk responses. Make sure to specify either local residents for in-person, or US-based for remote, that might thin the junk a bit
I had to make a company linkedin page... Its local but its Denver so I should be able to fish a big pond.
I usually use grinder
then I swing on by the manhole after work for a few stiff ones to relax from a day of hard work
Well that did and did not work.
My hire did not show up today.
Ghosted never called or texted for their first day.
Back to the drawing board.
I had 7 applicants.
I guess I got a can not.
Haha I want to cry.
That sucks
But you know nobody wants to work
Seriously a friend just told me he sold his business profitable chill work environment they just got sick of hiring training then having people quit over and over
I paid for indeed's super duper ad for $200 a day for 3 days. I got 40 people between 4pm and 7am in the first day. 25 good ones and 15 locals that were totally wrong for the job. 3 phone calls set up for 10 am already today.
