Only issue I see is this: "144 total members No new members in the last week" So any time frame for approving this influx of new members...

I emailed earlier this afternoon and got a VERY fast and informative response that shows they are working on it and still care:

"Summit, thanks for reaching out, and thanks for being a loyal forums user. We have been dealing with quite a few forums issues over the last year plus, and have been doing what we can to keep it going - but we know that the aging tech has caused for a serious decline in user experience.

We are dealing with a significant server issue this week and last and it will be another 5-7 days before that is fixed. That will help a bit, but we know it isn’t the full answer.

The good news is that we started a replatforming process a few weeks back that will dramatically improve the experience, but the bad news is that it will take us until August to have the new experience up and running.

I hope we can keep you in the mix until then, and please do spread the word. Reach back if you have any other questions or concerns.

And again, thanks for being with TGR so long and we hope the new platform stokes you out come this fall.

For what its worth, 502 errors seem to be cropping up on the main page also, so it seems to be an issue bigger than just the fourm, as suggest by Summits post below which I cannot quote.

It is probably a step above a grass blade or knife blade server performance wise. And the farm is as in it was time to put it out to pasture some time ago...

The work around and trick to quoting a post (at least on a desktop experience) is to basically double click on the reply with quote post button 2 times really fast and usually it pulls the correct post and comment (not all the time but eventually)

I’m assuming this is part of an effort to move all of Red Ventures individual companies to a common platform. I don’t see them ever restoring these forums as they were. Wouldn’t be the first time some venture capitalist sucked all the soul out of a company leaving an empty shell.
