Back Pain - Wakeboard related

I was wakeboarding this past weekend, caught a tip going real fast and slammed face first into the water. My buddies said my body bent more then theyd ever seen in the wrong direction. This week, I've had serious back pain that runs on either side of the spine, from lower back up to the shoulder blades. Its been almost a week and the pain seems to be getting worse. My dad said he took a similar crash on water skis when he was 12 and still feels pain periodically. Anyone had a similar crash, know what to do for it? I work in a warehouse and lift all day, which isnt helping, although I've taken it easy since it happened.
