Maybe a bit of a reach in this crowd but looking for a set of daymakers. The wife is interested in getting in to some touring and I'd like to build the stoke with a lower cost entry point just in case. Hopefully I'll create a monster and they'll be back up for sale in favor of a real setup soon enough. Thanks!

Daymakers are a good way to kill someones interest in BC skiing. Why not rent something made for the task? For a wife, I'd want the lightest rig possible.

Im not sure of the boot sole compatibility but maybe trying a pair of Scouts or some other rail binding.
