Use a Lupo carbon/factory grilamid lower with a krypton PU cuff. Remove tongue for good forward ROM. No walkmode to introduce any play or break. PU cuff provides alpine boot ski quality. At least that’s my solution to this problem.

Dynafit tigard, except you’re foot has to be as tall as it is wide for it to fit

Yeah what a weird fitting boot that is.

Moron question time. How could you see if they were ovalized? They have fat black tape like smooth cover over the rivets on the inside of the boots, what did you do to actually see if the rivets were oval? And how easy was it to change the rivets?

You will be able to rock the upper relative to the lower.

    This.

They should be easy to replace. That said, I couldn’t find a single shop in Jackson or AK that felt confident doing it…

Most are not actually ovalized plastic, but the press rivets themselves having loosened.

Head raptor threaded cuff hardware apparently fits if they’re not too far gone.

Yeah. That's what I have now. It's fairly mild and with the ProWrap in almost not noticeable, but with the liner out there is definitely play there.
