More binding heel compatibilities

1. Is it possible/easy to put an Atomic 1018 heel piece into an Atomic Xentrix R:614 track? And vice versa?

2. Is it possible/easy to upgrade the heel piece on Look/Rossi axial/turntable din12 DEMO bindings to din14? (i.e. can you somehow put a P14 heel into a P12 demo track)?


A recent thread explained P14 and P12 can swap heels, but that thread did not mention the DEMO version of the P12.

You gotta get a P14 demo heelpiece to put on the p12 demo. The traks they slide on aren't the same like solly's. not sure if they make p14 demos though. Maybe you could get ll ghetto and switch the spring or something, although I don't reccomend it.

Yeah, I suspected a p12 demo heel couldn't be converted/swapped to din14 easily. Damn.

I would just swap out the whole 614 with 1018's. I've had tons of problems with the 614's, even after top notch techs have adjusted them, they still fall off.
