TENS units - pain and recovery

Had pain from my shoulder to my forearm for weeks. A ten minute session using a friends unit gave me a few days of relief.

I’m buying one fo sho

Any recommendations?
Amazon has many for $60 but which ones and what features?

PS. Some do muscle stim. Could be good for atrophy with a leg injury.

i have the TENS 7000 with extra electrodes that is around that $60 mark on amazon. no complaints, seems like it is built simple enough that it will last a long time.

I've had the accupuncturist worjing on shoulder issues hook it up to the needles, IMO it stimulated the area to promote healing
