    Day of the Jackal on Peacock

    Excellent series- highly recommend.
    Didn't know where to put this one since it is on Peacock.

    We binged this over the weekend.

    I was highly dubious, the book and movie are among my favorites. And there was the risible Willis/Gere version

    Thought it was excellent. Nice homages to the original in places, Redmayne's take on being very nearly uncannily Edward Fox but not quite enough to make it feel like just impersonation was brilliant.

    Great soundtrack too.
