Ski Trab Gara Titan hole pattern

For a requested Ski Trab Gara Titan template and layout tool, I'm trying to get verifications for the following:




1) Rear toe holes to both pin line and known BSLs

2) Forward heel holes for standard heel, race plate & boot heel location relative to known BSLs.

Also, what other Ski Trab bindings will these hole patterns match? Are there others people are needing?

The numbers are the distance between sets of holes in width (across the ski) and length (along the ski) in millimeters. The "slash" widths (e.g. 32/36) indicate the front holes differ in width vs the rear. The 3rd number on the Vertical toes is the 5th hole behind the lock lever which is also present on older TLT Speed and Comfort series bindings from Dynafit. It is located 19mm up the ski from the first set of holes (+19). Similarly, the Kingpin and TR-2 have a 5th heel hole far in front of the others.

I would need the typical info relative to BSL, BSC & pin location to dial it in.

MottN made me a Gara Titan/Race plate/Vario.2 template for his 3D printed jig last fall - it works perfectly.

Here are the notes I have:
- gara is 25x31mm (WxL) heel line is 1mm in front of the front holes
-race heel adj plate is 36x75mm and the heel line is 22mm behind the front holes to be centered in adjustment range
-vario.2 45.5x37.5mm, heel line 4.5mm behind the front holes

edit: this is all for heel pieces - I use the ATK plate for the toes.. Same pattern/pin locations for the ATK race toes and all the trab toes

Thanks for the input. Wish I saw this before hitting print!

Based on input relative to a 278mm BSL mount, the template currently has the race plate forward heel holes 22mm from heel line as you noted, BUT the standard 1mm behind (not in front of) the standard heel forward holes. Looks like if I move the standard hole pattern & heel line backward 2mm, that will be 'consistent' with yours. This then creates a discrepancy with what I've received for the standard heel hole layout locations (+/- 1mm).

What is your BSL? Can you provide a BSC to forward standard heel hole dimension to compare? TIA
