Looks pretty cool. Not sure where at Avimor this is being built.
This is what riders for YEARS have been asking for in the Boise mountain bike community, but we were always told that nothing like this could happen because of the soils, land ownership, blah-blah, etc.
Nice to see it finally progressing in the right direction. The Eagle Mountain bike park certainly was a great step forward, but this and Bogus' Gravity park will progress mountain biking around here even further. It would be cool to see a more amateur course built as this looks like more of a pro-rider course, but I'll take it.
Too bad that our local branch of IMBA around here (SWIMBA) doesn't really work with other trail builders or agencies and seems to have mostly fallen off the radar despite their "mission". Hell, SWIMBA can't even keep one of the trails they built (great trail that has some berm features built by yours truly) maintained and safe without having to consult with every other land agency in the area for permission. Nor have I seen their trail machine the (ST-240) used for trail building. I'm not even sure they still have it for that matter, every time I ask about it, it's usually tight lipped and a lot of "I don't know".
