Trying to help out a friend--boots are broken. Missing the walk mode bar and pin. He's checked some local stores but no luck. Anybody have a parts bin with something that would work or other suggestions? Photo attached of missing slider in the walk-mode region. Thanks.

Oh man, the whole metal slide came out, that's tough and I'm not sure how that happens.
Contact their warranty department, their guy is awesome and he will hook you up with the necessary part(s) to fix it. IIRC I think it's a pretty tough thing to fix on your own - I tried and couldn't do it. I can't remember what was hard, but I ended up bring it to a shop and threw the kid working like $20 to swap it.

Yeah. Looks like its unrepairable. Local shop looked through their parts and said they went through a redesign a few years ago. This was a common problem with the boot. Nordica has not been able to help either. Oh well!
