    Sram guide issue

I bought new oem guide 4 piston brakes for the wife’s fat bike. Cut hoses, installed using the Sram stealth a majig. Front bled easily but with hard lever pressure oil is leaking between the hose and nut that secures it to the lever. Took offf, reseated…better but still leaks.

Other issue is weird to me. Cannot push fluid into the rear caliper. Not bleeding edge just a regular bleed port. Even with everything disconnected, bare caliper, cannot add fluid. Wtf is going on here?

Any help would be great. Thanks

Should have fucking left it alone.

Leaking oil at nut: cut the house, install a new barb and olive. Make sure the hose and new olive are jammed all the way into the lever before you tighten it.

Can't push fluid into caliper: my guess would be some sort of blockage inside the caliper. I'd crack the caliper open and see if I could track down the culprit. Once it's open, maybe blast it out with compressed air (being careful to not shoot your pistons across the room).
