Last 2 days of corn skiing were absolutely sublime. Southwest facing eagle peak and south facing sugarloaf peak were 10 out of 10 conditions, smooth surface, exits are still good. 10-10:30 was the perfect window. Best corn I’ve skied in the wasatch in a few years. No refreeze tonight, but next week could offer some more excellent corn skiing especially if we get 2-3 inches of hopefully wet snow of refresh over the weekend.

Changes to the Alta Gold Card this year - If you use a code for a parking reservation but don't ride the lift, your account gets charged $25.

^^ that’s on odd rule. The only people that would apply to are non skiing parents or injured friends. Huh. Was that ever a problem?
    Kill all the telemarkers
But they’ll put us in jail if we kill all the telemarkers
    Telemarketers! Kill the telemarketers!
Oh we can do that. We don’t even need a reason

Send me a PM if anyone is looking for a 2025-26 Snowbird pass for someone 18 or under. I'll ask the same as last year, $300. This is allowed and part of the season pass. Thanks

I have two day tickets to Alta for free. They don’t work for free skiing this weekend but would get you four fifty percent off tickets either Saturday or Sunday. Hit me up if you want them.

Gold Card sales will plummet. Myself and others I know bought them for spouses and children who may or may not be skiing this season just to get the code and assign to our plates. Was a decent hack while it lasted.

Of course, this hack is probably at least part of why theres been no spots available for 4/20 all year...were running out of loopholes.

...still looking for a closing day pass if anyone has one...

Can confirm. Let the record show I burned a pass in December for April 20. Guilty as charged.

I need to go to Utah.
    Utah?
Yeah, Utah. It's wedged in between Wyoming and Nevada. You've seen pictures of it, right?

So after 15 years we finally made it to Utah.....

Thanks BCSAR and POWMOW Ski Patrol for rescues

I'm expecting it to go dark again at any moment, but for now basic functionality is working. Pics from desktop don't seem to work and apostrophes still go crazy, but so far I haven't seen any crazy emoji shit.
