This me too. Arthritic neck got bad enough the chiropractor can't/wont adjust it anymore. I chose hotels that have a hot tub & or sauna now

I would love to make this, but I leave for St Moritz on the 27th...getting some training in for Andermatt

I'm not saying that I'll be there... but I just amused myself browsing for flights. Had a great time last year! Good times with mags, food & bevs, and a slopeside crash pad at a fine hill, what more can be asked for?

This is more my speed now that I'm 40 and am arthritic everywhere. Minus the wake and bake, but you do you.

Sweet little tree shots all over the hill today. Fun dinking around in and out of the woods. Snowing all day up thar. Should be a rinse and repeat tomorrow

What's the best option for lift tickets?

buy them when you show up (perhaps tell byates you are coming so he can set one aside?) but he threw down some of that sweet crypto to offset the costs (props to that, thats very awesome). Perhaps he got beav to accept crypto? (despite not accepting credit cards i think lol)

Put a GoFundMe together for people.that want to contribute. I put in 1100.

Easiest way to go is buy 70$ tickets. I'll venmo anyone who buys a ticket 33$- making it a 37$ lift ticket.

I'll spend ~400$ on food, yurt was 850$. So I'm ~ 2400$ into it. More than happy to drop a couple grand to make it happen.

I've asked about getting a better ticket deal but they want it purchased each morning and it's a couple bucks off. They do accept cc.

Last year ppl pot lucked and brought stuff, id imagine thatll happen again. Id like to do prime rib one night, the oven is working. I'll also do breakfast sandwiches/burgers dogs etc. Check last years thread(link in first post) to see all the stuff I grabbed from the store.

As well get closer we can plan more specifically.

The thought of the GoFundMe is for ppl that aren't coming to support the cause for the ppl that are there. I'll pay for whatever it takes to make this happen yearly. We are the raddest skiers on earth and deserve nothing less!

I need to get on this. Let me see what kind of work I can scrounge up and what I can do with the pup. She might have to come with and stay in a crate in a hotel room that I would love to split with someone. What is this Yurt? Are dogs allowed? Is there cell coverage at the base? Do I just bring a sleeping pad and bag and my coffee press?
It's possible I could go with my housemate, that's a long drive from Missoula. Anyone else going down from this area or nearby? Northern Idaho mags would pass this way, right?

Ps, the dog would be in a crate when I am not there and I'd just come walk her. So, Yurt?

No dogs in buildings is the beaver statement. If you had a van or camper the dog can be on the deck /in the camper.

Maybe, but I was also hoping to share my Outback for the road trip too. I think we are coming from different directions. Looking to split stuff with someone coming from western Montana/through the Missoula area.
25th and 28th would be my travel days with the skiing in between.
This assumes I can even afford it. This is my slow season and my home hill might actually be bigger than Beaver, lol.
