I don’t recall hearing anything about infrastructure this cycle, but maybe I missed it.

I think the plan is actually to cut income taxes disproportionately on high earners and (partially) offset that with consumption taxes (tariffs) on the working class, along with a helping of benefit cuts for the working class as well.
