Bacon advice for skier returning to the BC after 8 years

I need to get some bacons…
I didn't believe in reincarnation when I was your age either.

Do you want a "one bacon" to do it all, or ideally a bacon quiver?

I have an old bacon I'm not using anymore, wouldn't trust it for BC but surely you could use it for bacon location practice.

It all starts with the Icon zipper pulls. >Free bacon from the peasants as you exit the lot.

Do you need 3 strips or is 2 strips enough for optimal bacon locating?

Bacon in the harness, or in a pocket?

Wooly mammoth bacons are the best.

Bacons have advanced a bit in 8 years.

    Be smart in Bacon Country.

The answer as always is, is depends. Preferences for organic vs non? Partial to Canadian or not? What about smoked bacon? To steer you in the right direction we need more information. What works for me might not work for you

Bacons are an excellent search tool. Studies show the dogs can find a buried skier with bacon in their pocket in 1/3 the time a rescuer can locate a beacon.

Just be careful about the placement of your bacon. I personally prefer a chest harness as I find it crumbles too much in a leg pocket.

I wear my bacon on my sleeve, for all to see.

I’ve really become a fan of using an oven, layers of tinfoil. Way easier to clean up, just remember to take the batteries out in the summer
