^^^^^Hell yeah. So glad that the ratio of earned turns to chairlifts in the thread is still leaning towards human power!

Thanks for the pics MNIAW, made my day!

Fingers crossed for more snowmaking - and maybe some real stuff? - prior to Thanksgiving.

    Can I get a ruling???

Where does cleaning out the gutters fall in the spectrum of changing out snow tires or washing your car with regard to Snow:Rain ratio here in New England? Good omen or harbinger of doom?

Either way, I did it today. I’m sorry or you’re welcome…

Great idea using the leaf blower to clean the gutters but I've always found waiting a few more months and letting the snow and ice just rip them right off the side of the house and then tossing them in the woods was the easiest way to deal with it.

My wife finally convinced me to clean ours a few years ago - her logic was that there was a small sapling growing out of one of the gutter trays - it was mature enough to be identifiable as a paper birch.

Should’ve told her you were operating a tree nursery. Did you tell her the what teh board foot value of that thing was gonna be when it inevitably reached maturity?

The potential Revenue losses in this particular situation could be staggering.

Found out late this afternoon that Sunday River opened top to bottom today, albeit with walking "required". That could be "stuff that annoys you" because I checked this morning before coming back from the Loaf, and decided not to grab a couple of runs because I had other stuff to do and downloading takes forever.

Oh, well. At least my tuning stuff is properly packed in a new toolbox and portable again.

I needed the gutter reminder, had some sticks get caught last year and almost had a section pull apart.

Inspired by MNIAW getting after it I thought I should look for some "WROD"

Glad I rode my bike over for a look before suiting up because......

Didn't look much more inviting top-o-wrod while out riding Sunday, lots of water ice in the mix.

No need for gutter guards as it only takes 10 minutes to clear and I have free time.

bush opening delayed until sometime midweek with some snow expected before then so likely some opportunity for turns....

Something is happening higher up and the birdcage stake looks sad with the water in the background. Cloud ceiling around 2k bob so not much vis. Occasional glimpse of light snow on upper third of Steins
