You mean the one beneath the brake assembly? It's usually a screw. Extra retention for 16 din clamps.

Try adjusting FP. That's the opposite end of that screw.

Looking closely, that’s not an Allen bolt. It looks like the ferrule that holds that end of the forward pressure spring

Yeah, nobody calls that an "Allen bolt", and there's no hex shape in there, and you're not supposed to insert any tool at that end of that screw.
I think people here call that the "flared end" of the forward pressure screw. You turn that screw by using a flathead screwdriver at the other end of that screw, at the rear end of the sliding heel piece. It adjusts forward pressure.
